Fullpex

Fullpex is a manufacturer based in the Haramidere Industrial Estate in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, producing industrial parts washing machines and cleaning chemicals for businesses. Offering the machine and the chemical under one roof solves the machine–chemical match from the start when removing stubborn soils such as oil, soot and carbon.

Parts washing machine manufacturing

In workshops, garages, maintenance shops and production plants, degreasing engine, gearbox, mould and machine parts by hand can take hours. Fullpex basket and cabin parts washers use heated, pressure-sprayed washing liquid to do this quickly and to the same standard every time.

• Basket models (PYM-M 700, 1000, 1250, 1500): options from small workshops to mid-sized plants as basket diameter and tank volume grow; heated tank and rotating basket
• Pneumatic-lid model (PYM-P 1500): opens and closes the lid automatically in heavy use, reducing operator load
• Cabin model (PYM-P 1750): stainless-steel cabin for large and heavy parts, washing with pressurised hot chemical solution

Which parts washing machine model fits you?

Model choice depends on part size, weight, daily part count and type of soil. Compact basket models such as PYM-M 700 and 1000 suit small workshops and garages, PYM-M 1250 suits mid-sized plants, and PYM-M 1500 and PYM-P 1500 suit heavy and large parts. For very large parts the PYM-P 1750 cabin model applies. Send your part dimensions and daily washing volume to get the right model.

Industrial cleaning products

Hand cleaning creams for oil, grease, soot, diesel and paint residue, engine and machine degreasers, heavy-duty floor cleaners, parts washer powder and building-office and car-care products are collected in one catalogue. Products come in packs from 5 kg to 30 kg, so small workshops and large plants can pick the right size.

Why choose machine and chemical together?

The chemical used in a parts washer works together with temperature and spray pressure. An unsuitable powder or liquid can cause foaming, residue or poor degreasing. Getting machine and chemical from the same manufacturer gives a clear starting point for correct dosing and washing programme.
